Just like the film, the theme is a wonderful romantic fantasy about the far reaching power of true
love from beyond the grave. Sam has been murdered, but he is trapped as a ghost, unable to move on until he has saved his true love, Molly, from the same fate by desperately trying to communicate with Molly with the help of a phoney psychic, thus creating a story of drama, excitement, and timeless romance.
The musical features the classic hit, Unchained Melody, plus a catalogue of new songs written especially for the stage. Songwriters include Dave Stewart from the Eurythmics and Glen Ballard who wrote one of Michael Jackson’s biggest hits: The Man in the Mirror.
