Art lovers in the Manchester area will be thrilled to know that from 24 September to 29 January 2012. the Manchester Art Gallery is holding an exhibition of work by the Pre-Raphaelite artist, Ford Madox Brown. The exhibition in Manchester will be your only chance to see the show in the UK. It will be broadly divided up into each of the major themes of Ford Madox Brown’s life and work, beginning with his early career and moving on through the his later years as a draughtsman and painter.
